Taking Time Off!
Jun. 28th, 2006 04:26 pmIt isn't really a vacation, but I'm going to spend the next six days mostly at home in order to accomplish the following objectives:
1) Cleaning the garage. It is much too full of actual junk. Not junk as in stuff we rarely use, although that's in there, too. Nope, I mean junk as in empty cardboard boxes and a ton of recycling that needs to go away so that it stops falling on us when we try to get in and out of the car.
2) Rearranging the living room to a new configuration that allows for more people to hang out in the space comfortably. 'Cos I'm for that.
There's more that I'd like to do, actual organization and all that jazz, but I'll settle for these two things getting completed. And hanging out with friends, of course.
I'll check in here and on e-mail occasionally, but this pretty much means that I'm off-line until next Wednesday, just so you know.
