Aug. 25th, 2005 02:26 pmIt looks like the 4:20 showing of The Brothers Grimm on Sunday at the Southwind 12 in Lawrence is the one for me. The only other matinee is at 12:45, which is just a tad too early in the day for my taste. I'll plan to be at be at the theatre at about 4. Yay! Scary fairie tales!
In other news:
A friend of mine from high school has been making guerilla documentaries for the past few years, and he finally got financial backing for one that he is entering into film festivals; it's called National Vampire. He's the director.
And I think this is what I want to be attending on October 30th: Red Priest in concert. Perhaps suitably attired in something elegant and baroque.
